Quality, pricing, and service that is simply unmatched. As a nomad, I am always delighted when I find a Trader Joe's wherever I end up. This one particularly is always well stocked and I live close by. The staff has been outstanding, including Zebulon who has been remarkably helpful and friendly, always with an engaging anecdote, a friendly smile, and an above and beyond helpfulness. Security, floor staff, and cashiers here all exist in a lovely tapestry of backgrounds and self-expression, bringing their own flavors and styles into their interactions. Always professional, and always uniquely beautiful. As silly of a thing as it fwels to say, my time in Williamsburg has been enhanced greatly by this grocery store. This is a great location, everything is thoroughly organized, large enough and fully stocked. But what's most important is the customer service, and Kathryn surpassed that for me today. She had a great attitude, made small talk and made sure I left with all my groceries!! It means a lot and I'm glad Trader Joe's hires the right people! God bless the staff and mostly Kathryn💗 for making my day better! 10/10 Highly recommend ☆

Visited second day they were open. Friendly and helpful staff. Was most excited to confirm that they were carrying Empire Kosher meats - something neither the nearby Whole Foods or Foodtown offer! Average sized store, all located downstairs. Accessible by elevator or long escalator. Easy checkout. Will return for more kosher meats and affordable goodies!

This Trader Joe’s for being in NYC was actually very spacious and while I went during rush hour time, it didn’t feel overwhelmingly crowded and I was able to shop at ease. The staff here, like every other Trader Joe’s are truly amazing. Friendly and service oriented. I feel like I can approach anyone working there with questions about anything and receive no pushback in fact, they’re more than willing to help you. Trader Joe’s is consistent every time in their services and products. This location in particular I had not been before, but the size of this location makes it perfect. So I will continue to come here :)
